Nathan has taken those precious first few steps this week. At 15 months he is our oldest to start. We are very excited and are looking forward to his butt shuffling no longer being his preferred mode of transportation.
Check out the shorts he has gone through in the last 10 days. In a way it saves on laundry but I'm getting tired of my trips to the opp shops to keep him in supply.
I was left some lovely wee things of my Nana's which I received this week. My favourite of all is this shoe. It was her first shoe so is over 90 years old and I love the scuff marks showing proof of her own butt shuffling ways as she dragged her feet across the floor. It is probably the most precious thing i own and I'm so thankful to the family for thinking of me when sorting through Nana's things. I promise it will be treasured for another 90 years.
