hokey tokey

So it's been a while and I have some pretty heavy stuff to post about, but not yet. I'm still internalising it and I'll save you all from reading my unprocessed thoughts until I have come to terms with it better myself. So until then I'm going to leave you with some happiness. Nothing beats a good hokey tokey.

Lucy who is just days away from starting school loves making crafts and yesterday morning whipped up some crowns for her and Nate. (Not Oliver as she was still cross with him for waking her up and in her words "if he wanted one then he should learn to use scissors for himself.")

Here's a close up of the handsome man, 3 months old now. Notice the change of clothes. This is now afternoon, he has pooed through several outfits by now but the first thing Lucy does when she gets home from Kindy was to place that crown back on his head, giving me a look that showed disappointment that I hadn't made him wear it all day. Really what was I thinking?
